the log in on the main website does not correlate to the forums, it is specifically for people that ordered a retrofit and synthstrom has provided them with a log in once it's their turn for the retrofit. try emailing synthstrom directly for help…
-
its partly because the first audio track when no other tracks exists means that once you are done recording the tempo is determined by the length of recording. if you want to avoid this, just make a blank kit/synth clip prior to starting.
-
count in will always occur if you enable record circle pad before pressing play. if you press play then record, then the sequence is already playing so no count in will occur. ensure that no menu is open either (like adjust low pass amount menu) …

have you tried midi follow features in community firmware? https://delugecommunity.com/features/midi_follow_mode/
-
try downloading the 1.3 beta and seeing if the issue persists. if so, then ideally you could make a bug report on github so it can be addressed: https://delugecommunity.com/downloads/
-
what firmware are you using? does it happen on a specific song every time or is it a random song down the list that eventually gets stuck?
-
i've manually confirmed both of your emails. let me know if the pop up is gone now
-
no, however it would be a decent idea to implement. currently for community firmware, pressing CLIP in clip view will open the automation view for that clip. perhaps if automation view were to open on the release of pressing CLIP, then holding CLIP …

i believe we need to manually approve sign ups before a verification email is sent out. i approved you and manually also confirmed your email, so you likely won't need to confirm your email now.

now that a gmail email appears on your profile ive manually verified it. there's been verification hiccups in the past and not sure if the email notification even works as my last email from them was in 2024. but now that your preferred email is add…

verified again for ya

i would consider emailing synthstrom directly, try ian@synthstrom.com
-
i've verified your provided email for you. if you still want to change your email address go to your profile and click this icon and hit edit profile
-
no, currently that is not supported.
-
there isn't a way currently to enable/disable clip that you are currently viewing. there's been discussion about adding a shortcut to do so, i'd say it's likely to be implemented, just unsure when

double check your firmware version. during retrofit, they may have rolled you back to an official firmware. you should be able to update to community firmware if that's the case. velocity pads are for only kit clips via the keyboard button. othe…

@tobiasrz said: So I've assigned the midi channels accordingly on the MPC and Deluge. But when I play midi notes on my Deluge in midi channel 1, and switch to another plugin on the MPC that is assigned to midi channel 2, it is also triggered. …

check out this arranger video tutorial:

please check the dates of the last post before posting. it's almost been 3 years since the last post. these forums aren't as active as they once were. i would suggest messaging privately instead of bumping old threads. if any current link is the…

If you have a problem with the hardware itself, ie: knobs, pads, etc... you should first check the FAQ If you believe you have a fault with your Deluge, fill in the form here.

for the most part yes. however the order that stems are exported are based on the order the clips were created. so you will likely have to rearrange the clips in the order you want, use the file names to guide you.
-
stem export is a feature added in 1.2 community firmware. there is a specific shortcut to start exporting stems
-
the account for the forums is not related to the website login. the website login for purchases is i believe only related to retrofitting purchases in which case you are provided login info via email by contacting support/sales

the deluge prioritizes not letting the user lose any edit to presets once they are loaded into a project. for example, in a new project, your preset will behave as expected.
-
the best way to do so would be to save the preset as a new preset and then load that preset for that instrument. if there is still discrepancies, then the overkill solution would be to duplicate all clips to a new column (in grid view) and then swit…
-
once you use a preset in a project, that project has a custom version of that preset. so after overwriting the preset, it's not going to update the original preset because it's not technically linked to that preset specifically. if you were to make …

if you export in song mode each track will have it's own .wav file exported. they will be assume the length of the particular clip being exported. from there, you'll import all the different stems into your daw.
