Trying to control multiple instruments with different Midi channels, possible?

in Deluge Help

I'm using KeystepPro and I'm trying to control multiple tracks with different Midi channels.
I assign the first Midi channel to a track/synth and it works ok. But from now on, all Midi channels on the Keystep are assigned to this track/instrument.
And if I assign new Midi channels to different instruments, all Midi channels control every assigned instrument.

Is this normal or I'm missing something?

    check your MPE settings, i think if LOWER or UPPER is set to a specific channel then it's going to send midi data through a bunch of channels at once. try setting both LOWER and UPPER to OFF. SETTINGS>MIDI>DEVICES>DIN or USB>MPE>LOWER/UPPER>OFF
