yes it has been implemented, see here for more details: https://delugecommunity.com/features/midi_device_definition_files/
-
in community firmware, you can learn a whole kit row with one learn/input action. keyboard mappings are saved within a song, not within a preset. only parameter mappings are saved within the preset itself.
-
voting is live for two weeks here: https://deluge-presets.nofuture.in/ @Noiza
-
i believe also that some newer BOD presets that utilize samples may have loop points that cause pops/clicks since the loop points aren't perfectly at zero-crossing points.
-
what firmware are you using, what are you doing with it when it crashes. is it reproducible every time with specific steps? is your deluge charged? as it can be crash prone when at low battery
-
must be using community firmware
-
if you are in waveform view you will always be able to zoom in as far as possible to where one column = one sample. you can turn SEL knob instead of pressing the columns too.
-
after buying replacements from the link provided before the video, you would just replace the pads after the part in the video where they remove them. opening the deluge isn't hard it's just a bit time consuming, but going the safer route works as w…
-
see: https://forums.synthstrom.com/discussion/5843/shift-button-not-working#latest you can replace the pads yourself as long as you are patient opening up the deluge and if you have a 1.5mm hex and appropriately sized phillips screwdrivers (don't…

any song that uses a preset stores the preset within the song as a unique version of it. because of this saving and reloading doesn't work as one may expect. if you want to ensure a preset is consistent throughout a given column, then i would sug…

https://synthstrom.com/product/replacement-pads/ replace the pads. can buy a full set and replace all of them at once, just mark the bad pads so when others go bad you can use the old good working ones to replace.
-
sounds like a hardware issue, either from your power supply or the deluge. i would elimate the power supply as the culprit by seeing if you can find any other appropriate power supplies for the deluge. i think sometimes the power supply input can fa…

i would email synthstrom directly to receive an answer. try ian@synthstrom.com

you will want to load the loop into a synth clip instead of a kit clip so you have the ability to easily control the samples pitch via synth keyboard. to decouple the sample's length from the sample's pitch, enter the pitch/speed shortcut (shift …

nightly is always in progress firmware so bugs will pop up. the best way for bugs to be resolved is to report them on github by making a new issue, the open source devs look there more than anywhere else. https://github.com/SynthstromAudible/Delu…

mpe settings: midi>devices>(choose either usb or din)>MPE>IN (& OUT)>LOWER ZONE (& UPPER ZONE)
-
what firmware are you using? are you using DIN or USB? report your MPE lower and upper settings for both IN and OUT
-
good catch ! i was able to reproduce this and will open an issue on github.
-
not yet, a group of volunteers are discussing and exploring the best way to organize and set up voting. once that's done i'll post a link here of where to vote !
-
that's a valid way of doing it. a slightly faster way is to record into a kit row by holding audition then pressing record to begin the recording. hit record again once your done. then you can just hit shift+kit to make a new kit and the last sa…
-
update to the 1.2 release which resolves that bug. you are on a beta version
-
the official firmware for oled would not display anything in song or arranger view, you may be mistaking users on that original firmware with a feature for community firmware. there's been talks to have a screensaver/timed-off display for community …
-
the submission period has been extended one week to friday the 7th. afterwards, we will compile all the presets and provide a voting form for people to respond to, i'll make sure to post about the voting here
-
make a new synth and then hit shift+browse to find a sample. the osc1 type will become SAMPLE after you load in a .wav
-
you can paste 'gently' in the community open source firmware. this allows you to paste without removing whatever else is on the screen. copy notes as normal and then use shift+CROSS SCREEN+<> encoder to paste. you're still bound to copying …
-
you can rearrange order of rows in rows view by holding a row and turning the vertical knob. in grid view, the rows are determined by section color. so if you want to rearrange in grid view, the only way is to copy clips to where you want in grid vi…
-
hold a pad in that row (from the main pad grid) then press save/delete
-
you can modulate master transpose by velocity, remove the master level modulation to velocity, and now the pitch will adjust based on velocity instead. it's a work around, but it does work.
-
this is a feature that's still in development. it's not readily available on the newest firmware. once the developer is able to complete it fully, it will be released
-
the deluge doesn't support different samples set by velocity. the only workaround is to crossfade between two samples within one kit row. set oscillator 1 to a high velocity sample and oscillator 2 to a low velocity sample. you can then crossfade…
