@Berto Yeah right! I hope @neilbaldwin comes back to the community as now with the community firmware it's possible to load synth patches in kit mode. But yeah, check all the mod sources. 😁 Some really nice subtle pitch modulation from velocity on …

Just want to second this.
-
Bro. Nice one. I'm a former Wellingtonian and miss those cheeky fuckers. 😂 Got a link to the free samples?
-
I'd recommend getting an Akai LPD8 for drum pads and relatively inexpensive.
-
I use the Akai LPD8 and have no delay with the pads. You may need to configure the MPX8? But yeah you'll need to turn down the OSC volumes of the samples in you kit.
-
Short delay times in Analog mode with high feedback used on drum sounds is great if you're a fan of dirty sounds. The high feedback/dry-wet amount is great when you are using extreme bpm values when experimenting.
-
@Icoustik Totally. I've used mine to do playback for vocal and dance performance based shows.
-
@neilbaldwin Yeah I check all the mod sources. 😁 Some really nice subtle pitch modulation from the velocity on a few patches. I also achieved a nice snare sound by layering a few of your patches, resampling that then slowing the speed of the sample.
-
If you load your sample into an audio clip you can reverse/change direction during play back. However you can not automate it but you can resample it.
-
@neilbaldwin Thanks for your work man. I've been understanding drum synthesis way more thanks to you. This pack is great and very interesting to explore. Well worth the 10€.

The only way to do that it via 2 mono channels. The line input is stereo. Use a stereo jack to 2 mono jacks and selected left for one source and right for the other.
-
It's French. So say it however you want if you're a native English speaker. 😂 I've heard a few ways: Duh luge Day luge Del luge Del uge And my favourite.. . Duh luger from a Swiss German. It does make sense if you pronounce it in German. ☺️…

Nice one. Thanks heaps for sharing!
-
Hold down the tempo knob whilst turning it to move in 1bpm increments.
-
Akai LPD8 works on current firmware v3.1.3
-
You have to turn the OSC volumes down. Also use note as a mod destination on the volume. Negative modulation will make bass notes louder and positive higher notes will be louder.
-
Yeah have sample speed modulation would be awesome.
-
Yeah, I was about to ask. Thanks for the info Ian.
-
Sweet as! Thanks Rohan.
-
@Listen It’s absolutely possible. Just remember have v2.x on one card and v3.x on the other and remember to install the firmware beforehand.
-
Correct me if I’m wrong but currently... LFO 1 is triggered (with sync) & LFO 2 is free run (without sync) But totally keen for more LFO options!
-
@pbolger yeah I feel you on the difficulty of making a good snare with the synth engine.
-
@spawnkiss Sorry if this seems silly but just to confirm... You’ve turned down the the OSC volume to less than 50 right?
-
Check out the Zoom MS series. I’m a big fan as they’re cheap and small.
-
Ease of use Loads of features yet minimal No screen
-
Glad you brought it up. I’m super keen to be able to load synth presets in the kit mode also.
-
Because big music tech sites don’t do anything for free.
-
Same thing would be good on the gold knob for LFO rates. Click to change between LFO 1 and 2.
-
Yip. I use one all the time. Best to get one with 1A or more output for faster charging.
