@Bolgani said: Additional note here: but you can actually save the song kit out of the song back to an 'independent' kit by Save + Kit in the clip view. Probably also a synth. Of course Almost an inifinite amount of versions of presets c…

@broughtonfilm said: Yeah, but the "Release" workaround is not really a solution. I know so many pieces that need to be played with a sustain longer that what the max "Release" length offers. It's a musical instrument, it really should respec…

@volsteh said: Test this: Attack 0, Decay 50, Sustain 0, Release 50. I get around 50 seconds of release this way. In this case the Decay amount controls release length. As soon as you change Sustain to 1 or release to 49 this stops working. …

@soojooko said: > Thanks @Icoustik . Can you elaborate a bit? Reading your post, it sounds like I can get away with not having to copy/paste the white clip contents each time - or am I reading it wrong, and you are basically saying …

@hexagon5un said: And since this is all possibly a bit of a pain in the butt, you could certainly look into the song's XML file and find the lines that do the controller assignment, and copy them to other songs instead of doing this whole dan…

@Too_Mere said: @Icoustik said: You can add tracks directly to the arranger (press an empty audition pad in arranger), and clips won't show up in song view I think they’re trying to copy a white clip to another …

@soojooko said: Yep. That's what I've been doing. The reason I ask is that sometimes there's a little fill clip that I only want to use in a couple of places in the arrangement. The Song view can get pretty cluttered with a lot of clips, so I was…

It might be implemented in the future, however I have nothing to do with that I don't know what the limitation is, but in theory it should be possible to do. In itself, the problem in this context is the midi learning process, momentary CC lea…

If you make changes to the original kit after an instance of it is loaded into and saved to a song, it will not get transferred to the song. Songs do indeed store their independent versions of presets.

@broughtonfilm said: I see. I guess an app connected via MIDI could do the CC cheating too? Also, the max release on Deluge's envelopes isn't very long. Is that the limit of what the max length of the sustain can be then? Yeah …

@Hannes said: yes. stupid me. I've changed the file structure. Thanks again for your help! Good stuff

@jensg said: it would also mean that the audio clip loop function (from internal sources) is kind of meaningless then. Why loop anything if it pops? Like I said, the problem is the specific audio material i.e. a continuous sound (reverb t…
