@Wolf_T said: Is there meanwhile a PDF description of the new features or do I have to create my own? No pdf as far as I know, but can use this https://github.com/SynthstromAudible/DelugeFirmware/blob/community/docs/community_features.md

@reza said: @Delusions multisamples don't necessarily need every note sampled to be effective. i imagine the multisample presets will reuse a sample a couple of times retransposed before the next unique sampled note. the trade off here is smaller…

@Delusions said: These sound really great, and I have a question. I'm just going through some of the folders, and it sounds like they are all in a specific scale rather than having all the notes. I'm not sure though if that's just a structure thi…

If you want to do that in a portable way I'd recommend a powerbank + a Birdcord (USB to 9V DC): https://www.songbirdfx.com/products/birdcord/

You need to provide DC power to Deluge for it to host USB-MIDI

@hamptonio said: Wow these are great! I don't usually take such long samples, its nice to not have to worry about looping points. I couldn't fit these all on my main card, so I converted them to 16-bit, which saves about 1/3 of the space, if an…

Songs save their own versions of the presets. So if you want a song to reflect updates to a preset made in another project, you need to re-load the preset.

@Alter said: Although deluge has so many buttons, these transpose shortcuts change parameters cyclically or continuously (major>minor>dorian... / +1,+2 semitone). Circuit and Op-z can do them more musically and fun. I agree the scal…

@TOTAL said: I bought Deluge second-hand and it turns out the two golden knobs are slightly wobbly, and there is some sound, as if foil was being unwrapped (I am sure everyone would describe it differently). They appear to operate normally and pr…

@TOTAL said: Great, thanks. Pad+Load really cool.

@TOTAL said: Cool, thanks. A couple of discoveries. For one bar, loop end at 0.999 does the trick only you need to make it the last time unit showing as 0.999 at the very highest zoom, so there is a bit of winding. Loop length and sna…

@Alter said: To transpose from Fmin to Gmaj, in the scale mode, SHIFT+ press UP/DOWN knob and turn clockwise +2, then press SHIFT+ SCALE to select major scale. This is not a fun operation. I don't think deluge is so much fun to operate.. …

I'm not seeing any of this at all, I have 3 Deluges all over 4.0 and I'm most definitely not seeing "5 times out of 10" failures. As said, its hard to fix potential bugs if there's no way to replicate them. But this is definitely something out…
