@volsteh said: One thing to note about a collected song, when loading the song on the other deluge, it will create all the original folders where the samples lived in the first deluge and save them there. So after opening and saving a few collect…

Thanks for helping, @volsteh, very nice

Cool idea indeed

@wolfrenegade said: Hey, Just wondered if you could detail a little how to do this as I’ve just spent a couple of hours with no luck. * BT midi plugged into deluge * midimittr setup and source set to deluge (bt midi adapt…

@Shabs22 said: Pretty sure this has to do with the fact that the Korg is sending clock to the Del, while the Del is also sending to the Korg, i.e. a midi loop. Try going into the settings menu and turning midi clock IN off on the D, …

@scubisnaks said: Darn, it looks like I can't even factory reset! Just tried it and it still powers straight to the same view. Thanks for the tip! Sounds like a hardware fault. You should probably fill out this form and get it sort…

@Shabs22 said: Hi, Just became proud owner of a Deluge (3.1.5) and got hands on a Korg microkey2-49 midi keyboard. Deluge is powered to the wall, and while being host, a usb cable goes into the Korg. After pressing learn + audition key …

Try this: when loading a song on the Deluge during playback, hold the Load button until the screen says 'DONE', then release to time the song switch to the next end of measure - the Delly will be more "prepared" when actually switching by pre-loadin…

@lowandslow said: Icoustik - Apparently the Demon Core Expander can be assigned a MIDI channel - or rather it has a configure mode where it will assign itself a MIDI channel. I assume I just make sure both the D and the expander module have the s…

@Kenoubi said: Interesting... modulating the release generally seems to work, but it acts as though there's a hard cap at the value represented by 50. I wonder if that's done on purpose to keep notes from piling up and eventually causing process…

Hey Rob In my experience this will work very well, and is quite customizable. To play the Deluge with the SPD, simply set up kits to be used on the Delly (don't have any more samples in kits than are needed, sounds that just sit around ready to…

@iof said: Very good tips! May be there are any tip to increase the release of a synth? I've tested this idea but i could not increase the time defined by the 50 release value. Thanks! Sorry, doesn't seem to be a way to do that current…

Glad to hear you got it sorted

Yeah sure, the Del will output MIDI chords. I can walk you thru it and help you understand some MIDI things. You're using a midi clip on the D, set to the same channel as your instrument, correct?

@neilbaldwin said: And it seems we're the only two people in the world that is bothered by it 😂 I'm going to change my signature to 'This does not represent a feature request.' For the record, I'm bothered by it as well

@Kenoubi said: I was thinking about using it to override how the Deluge handles synth parameters (if only one clip even DEFINES any synth parameters, then clearly the issue of "I edited it in this clip, how come it's still the old value in the ot…

@Affectionate_Bee_781 said: Awesome tip You can get some funky curves for sure. I think it may make more sense to say: Modulate the attack positively with its own envelope. Modulate the decay negatively with its own envelope. …

Nope, sorry, can't do that currently. Its been suggested before, its noted, and Synthstrom is not open for any feature suggestions threads right now. For the workaround mapping process - you can simply use a midi keyboard with the same notes and …

...Optionally, replace your drummer with this and just clock and sequence that shit, hahah

@Affectionate_Bee_781 said: I'll echo that the MIDI implementation on the Deluge really does well when the controller can define a range of CC values. I've found that most parameters on the Deluge don't like being going from 0 to 100% True
