hey @stelvio the only possibility i can think of is if you can map a Chordpoly "chord bank" (one of the pads that has chord info on it) onto a single note, i.e C#3. in that case, you could maybe that pad set to C#3 learned to a single kit row's pad …
-
from what i understand you can't remap notes on the deluge, there isn't any make-one-pad-play-a-chord ability on the deluge. sounds like if the ipad app you have already has banks then it would be redundant for the deluge to do it too, no? maybe exp…

you should only need one instance of learn/input+audition pad then press midi key to connect the midi. whatever clips you've learned will remain learned regardless of what clip view you're in. so if you wanted to have a synth clip learned to the ke…

actually, saved midi mappings won't be a thing for 4.0. the closest thing to it will be saving a default velocity for usb or din midi and default MPE mapping (lower or upper) when plugged in. there isn't a great or straightforward way to transfe…

Also, in the new beta firmware, there is a new way to set default velocity across all presets when using a midi keyboard. If you're in the beta then that would be in settings>midi>devices>din or usb>velocity. OFF lets the synth preset's …

We just concluded the first Deluge Discord Monthly Challenge this past weekend. Everyone's submissions were super cool and wildly different from each other, you can find them in the #march-submissions channel in the Discord. I was randomly select…

hey @Joange, beta for firmware v4.0 (renamed from 3.2) has been going on since december. i can't speak about when exactly it will be ready for public release, but i feel like a month or two is a decent expectation to expect! you can sign up for the …

nope! but if you load a midi track into a DAW, then have the deluge record the sequence(s) when it's played so you can "transfer" them to the deluge.
-
@nilscreates the plan is to do it every month! and honestly, i think you can get at least a snippet of an atmosphere/song/concept out before the deadline! otherwise stay tuned for the next one!

Friendly reminder: less than a week to contribute!

Here's a workaround to get monochromatic colors for clips in song view: 1) Enter clip 2) If synth, scroll to a very high note, if kit, make a new sample at the highest row. 3) Mute the high synth note row or sample row. 4) Place a note on the …

Hey all ! As Heptagen posted, this thing is still going on in the Deluge Discord (invite link: https://discord.gg/t9fcjuuDkx ) Submission close at the end of the month and I think we may do a twitch stream to live react to each song. If you want …

yeah, you would have to hit shift+mute/launch for every track in that section at the same time. so there's some ability to get close to what you are attempting to do but it would take a lot of simultaneous hitting, throw in some screen scrolling to …

while still holding the new synth track, click the select encoder which changes it to an audio track. haven't seen the video but maybe with earlier firmware the default clip type was changed in arranger mode.

have the sample of the notes you don't want to play to be a silent waveform.

Dig the two loops in the project, I can hear a subtle click only when switching from the TOP loop to the BOTTOM loop, but ONLY when launching via mute pad. When you launch via section color the click doesn't occur, oddly enough. I think it's a bug. …
