In the meanwhile, you can put blocks/instruments with velocity 0 inbetween, so it's not 1 big colored mess.

@HAINEZee said: I wonder if there is some caching going on which is filling up the ram and not clearing old stored samples from it as new patches are scrolled over? It took about 10 mins of scrolling through syth patches, only one synth track run…

Is what you want 'COPYING / PASTING NOTE RANGE', page 49 ??? This works for the same and other clips.
-
No problems here w/ midi. So maybe you wanna do a factory reset ?!

@shooda said: Hi, why is shipping to the UK 100 Euros ? Why would it cost so much ? Normally import duties should be about 20-22%, depending on the item.

Even w. a crappy card reader, most data should still be on the card. Dunno if there are programs for mac to get your data back and/or rebuild the index of the card.
-
¯_(ツ)_/¯

The manual says: "KEYBOARD VIEW Enables playing melodic scales with the synth or for MIDI / CV." The keyboard mode isn't for kits.
-
Scrolling through multiple pages up/down/left/right is what you do on the deluge. Maybe you don't like how this works. Is there another device which can actually do this w/o scrolling ?
-
Have you even tried it ? You can make slices upto 256 if you like....
-
Well, sampling and slicing is actually quite simple, you just have to know how to use it.
-
Sometimes you'll get the 'card' message when the contacts from the reader in the deluge don't make good contact w/ the card, you might wanna get the card out and in a few times.

Sounds pretty good.

Maybe you can set 'MIDI DIFFERENTIATION' to off and try again.

@jsilence said: Hoping for a Loopop walkthru. Ron Cavagnaro does a good job explaining as well.

You can manually set by holding sequenced notes and turning the horizontal knob It would be nice if the dedicated knob (which works w/ samples) would do this instead of doing it like this.
-
In the utility menu, turn autosync to on and rxstartstop to off.
-
Or maybe the device that's connected with usb shouldn't send the clock signal, as it's not the master.
-
Not sure why paypal doesn't work. Over here I get the log in window fine.
-
That's pretty good

@Too_Mere said: @djAzid said: Yes, but then you also change the velocity for the samples as well, as there's no seperate velocity setting. Not sure I understand what you mean here. Well, setting the velocity in…

@Too_Mere said: The Deluge’s default velocity is 64 when sequencing or playing on audition pads or keyboard view. Many MIDI controllers will typically output over 100 when playing. Yes, but then you also change the velocity for the sample…
-
Yes, per note would be do-able, as the golden knobs which normally controls the whole velocity, doesn't work when selecting midi.
-
Looks pretty good.
-
Why not contact the ppl from 'pro synth network' or 'ranzee' ro get a Q&A on their YT channel ??? Then you might also get some more exposure for the "tv" channel.
-
I would use something like an sp 404 for long stems and a deluge for the shorter pieces.
-
@Heptagen said: What did you configure? I haven't changed anything from the standard to this day... Oh, some midi settings I think and sometimes preview set to conditional can be handy. And velocity set to 100 instead of 64.

it's only at nr 3 I think people say the deluge is complicated either if they It can be, but the first thing you should do when you get it, is to configure it for your needs. That can save lotsa time afterwards.
