Against the clock is always good. And maybe a little challenge where some ppl get a few of the same samples and then lets see how they use them w/ the deluge. Something like: or with multiple samples:
-
Yes, but if you can sell to the rest of the world as well, you make some more money and make some more ppl happy
-
Yes, but they only ship within the EU, which makes no sense cause they don't have to pay for the importtax and stuff.

@rids said: I just ordered this. It ain't pretty, but I think it will be useful: https://www.oversynth.com/synthstrom-deluge-overlays Looked into that one as well. They seems to changed their policies towards shipping to the EU. First it…

Was looking into that the other day. But you don't have more examples than just one type of black. Would be nice to see how it looks in different colors.

If you only would add a bigger screen to that, you'll have an mpc or force
-
Maybe the contacts of the card or in the deluge are a bit dirty, so it can't see the card properly.
-
Only if developers decide to support it. Currently the only one which is ready to support is the Roland A88 mk2. Why no more products, even from Roland ? Maybe too much work ?!
-
@ceetronic said: I contacted the vendor and unfortunately they don't currently ship outside the EU. Couldn't you ask someone in the eu (friends perhaps) to order it and then ship it to you ?
-
Just say "+1"

@J_C_Selector said: How do we use it on the Deluge ? Not. Unless the deluge supports it, you can't do or use the midi 2.0 spec on it.

I have the complete one. Looks pretty good. https://mxpand.com/en/instrument-overlays/deluge-complete/

@Will said: Does this count as an alternate framework????? No, it's a work of art. Just amazing

You can't see them from the outside as they're quite deeply hidden. If the knobs don't fall off, it should be alright. The only way to check, is with an 1.5mm hex key. If it locks, the screw is still in there.
-
Are your knobs loose ? They are quite small and hard to see you know.
-
It depends if you're running it through a mixer as well. Then you can monitor the audio.
-
If you buy a deluge, are you getting the gloves from Bernie for free ?
-
The start/stop command is just a simple midi msg, which should work on any machine, if implemented correctly.
-
Well, you could make & sell it yourself.
-
Then the price goes up even more The downside of a longlasting battery, is that you also have to charge it a lot longer...

@volsteh said: they need to be 24 bit 44100, use audacity, its free. There must be some way to batch convert... Well, the manual says: "Native sample format 16/24 bit / 44.1kHz, and up to 32 bit / 96kHz using file formats of aiff or wav" …

Doesn't look too bad
