MIDI FX and CC modulation by LFO is probably the biggest thing i feel like i'm leaving behind in switching over to Deluge from Hapax/Pyramid so anything more than what's currently implemented would be welcome to switchers like me

2.11.8 on MPC. haven't purchased my Deluge yet but the setup should be the same as Hapax, unless there is something highly unusual about the way Deluge handles MIDI tracks sending messages Out to MPC
