Shift + tempo adjusts swing value. Press and turn the tempo knob to adjust by single increments. Also in your use case, I’d consider syncing the external gear to the Deluge instead of the other way around.

No, the swing setting is global. But that effect can be achieved by resampling different swing settings or adjusting notes manually.

There cannot be folders within the SYNTH, KIT, or SONG folders. Currently, the best option is to rename and/or using prefixes in the names.

Raising the default velocity up to more closely match the average velocity of your playing will help match levels. Just be careful as this can sometimes create clipping/unwanted distortion if levels get too high.
