Hey Conor. Send me an email ian@synthstrom.com

@jipumarino if you haven't already, please send us an email to determine what is going on here.
-
@llexam - if you have hardware issues, get in touch. Through the contact form on this site is easy.

@llexam said: @Ian_Jorgensen I appreciate your nuanced approach to adding new features, and I'm happy to learn that low vote count suggestions may still be heard. (audible audio clicking when performing certain functions or combinations of…

Have you made the track long enough to allow the full length of the sample?
-
You can start playback from any position within a track, just scroll to where you wish to start from, press down the <> knob and push play.

@llexam said: It would be helpful if there was a dev roadmap showing what suggestions were being considered, etc. Rohan et al. may be implementing features with low vote count and we would never know. We may certainly implement features w…

NOTE. The closed Deluge users Facebook group is far less used than this site, maybe 1-2 posts a day at the very most. Anything important that we share on there, we also share on here. The "open" group which is busy: https://www.facebook.com/grou…

Have you tried just writing to any other SD card? Are you using an SD card reader or your SD slot on the computer?
-
Sorry you're having problems here. Mac/PC it shouldn't matter. Do you have another SD card you can check to see if you're able to drag onto that? Rule out what possible problems could be.

12 section limit I am unclear about as from the videos my understanding is that there a no or limitations only by amount of CPU (which isn't exactly clear in definition). With the new arranger view coming it is unlikely there would be many p…

Alien Brain is referring to a 12 "section" limit in songs.

We currently have no problems with people using this forum to sell Deluge's. That is unless due to stock levels in the future people start trying to sell them for a bunch of money/profiteering or there is an abuse of this allowance, but if people ar…

@Stromer said: With less playing audiotracks its working. Sorry, Stormer, what do you mean by this? What is working that isn't otherwise?

@alien_brain said: here we go again Lol. The irony of you saying that has made my mind explode.

@dest4b said: ok .. thats new for me is there also a way to change the song immediately. Press play to stop playback, then press play again and new song will play. Is it possible to tweak some parameters during waiting ? Yi…

The "1" is displayed so you can dial it up and down as you wish, if you made the decision to change song to hasty, you can quickly dial it up to 2 or 3, build that tension, let it take a few more loops to change
-
There shouldn't be a gap, it should be seamless if you have a sound on the last note of the first sound and a sound on the first note of the new song you shouldn't hear a gap.
-
Lol. I'm so gunshy sharing videos now cos people get all nasty about the quality of the audio I record. I come from a DIY band scene where recordings sound rough as guts and thats all part of the vibe, but yeah, haha, the same does not ring true for…
-
Chur chur, welcome to the team! Haha, so you know, we market very lightly and passively, as we only just keep up with demand as is, if we went out with a big campaign we'd sell out instantly and run out and disappoint people - we went through tha…

You need to make sure you save the KIT and not the SONG. When in track view and you have made a kit, press on the select knob so you are in the sound editor then press save. That will go to save the kit. If you don't enter the sound editor it will s…

@Wolf_Gang did you remember to save the kit first before going to song view?

Sorry @OnoSendai , we currently only use FB for beta testing, it's a platform that works well for us for that facility. You can always sign up and treat it like a forum, fake name, don't submit any personal information - but I also understand people…

Sure, I'll make you aware if there are any issues. I understand. Btw, this conversation is driving me a bit batty, I can't keep saying the same thing over and over. I'm not gonna reply anymore sorry man.
-
As I said, "there is no "bug" or issue to mention. If there is something worth sharing..we def will." One person having a (since resolved) issue with something does a problem make, you seem to be strangely fixated on this.
-
Cool. Yeah. Just there is no "bug" or issue to mention. If there is something worth sharing..we def will.

@alien_brain said: @Ian_Jorgensen I don't know man. It was over 6 months ago and Rohan deals with those things. Does it matter? Because one person experiences something that doesn't mean anyone else will. If we find any reoccurring proble…
-
Alien_brain, as we have told you numerous times, if you have a problem with your Deluge, we will sort it. The user in question here emailed Rohan about their issues and we were able to trace the exact issue. Some people's SD issues stem from their u…

Smh. It's not an "issue", it was an issue in this person's instance, but its a rare one. SD cards are not infallible. There is no conspiracy (sigh)
