Yes, this is being worked on with a huge improvement in the next firmware release. We'll be showing off some new features at Superbooth (May 3rd), but it is unlikely we'll be ready to release it by then, this is a big update.

I'll be putting some info in our next newsletter, going out this week about those in the EU who want to save on shipping as I'll be bringing some with me to Superbooth and can send from Germany while there.

Have you checked out Ron's videos? He has 34 and counting tutorial clips

@AndrewM said: Thanks both for answers Just quickly when you clone a track. Is it possibly to clone the track, erase the pattern and then copy just the pattern in from say an older track. I guess what I'm looking is a way to just copy settin…

We're only just able to keep up with demand at this stage so haven't sent any units to anyone to review just yet.

@emptyvessel said: It does look like I received a used unit, it has several dents/nicks in the wood side panel. so thats lovely. definitely not from shipping as it was wrapped very well... We definitely don't ship used or …

There could be a few possibilities here. Are you using the USB cable shipped with the device? There is an outside chance perhaps the battery got dislodged? We have instructions on how to replace on the "support content" forum. Peek inside and make s…

Yes, now added, if you click on a users profile there should be a little "person" icon next to their avatar, you can select from a pulldown menu to ignore their posts.

* I am pretty sure you'd only be limited by letters here. A-Z. I haven't tried in practise. Anyone? * No, after you've cloned a track any changes to make to one won't also affect the others, you would probably just reclone the track again if you wa…

hmm. I hadn't planned on one, I assume the venue will have one, I can probably bring one no bother though, will probably line into the DJ mixer, I can't imagine too many folk using? Lol..unless you're just making a two turntables (deluges) and a...…

Yip, exactly, DJ mixer and two Deluges.

Thanks to those who have been in touch, looking really forward to this event. Because of the casual structure of the event, we'll certainly be open to people just jumping on come the night, but yeah, please give me a heads up if this might be the ca…

Thats a good question. We've got some time with our web developer soon, I'll check, maybe there is a plugin we can add.

There is no battery problem that we are aware of. There is plenty of info online about battery life and how to maximise it. Stuff like this: http://www.instructables.com/id/How-to-Prolong-the-Life-of-an-18650-Battery/
-
Depends on how its used, environmental factors, not all batteries are equal, etc. Three and a half months in your case is certainly on the lower side from what we'd expect with normal usage.
-
The battery is a standard 18650, should be easy to pick up locally for anyone. Like this: https://www.batteryjunction.com/lg-d1-18650.html Installation takes a few minutes, instructions here:

Shoot Rohan an email to troubleshoot. We'll get it sorted.

Of course, we don't require video particularly, just clear details. Ok, yeah, it is likely it is the card. If you revert to a regular SD card and ever have these issues, please let us know immediately. No other users have reported such an issue, so …

Ok, so it's no longer an issue? Good news.

Surely our actions speak louder than words? We released an update two weeks ago, we've announced we'll be showing a further new update at Superbooth, which is only six weeks away. If I respond to every request of AB's, I'd have no time to get anythi…

There's not actually much going on at the "closed" page to be perfectly honest, Matt can probably confirm that. The "open group" which we have no control over is far more active and it still make sense for there to be somewhere on FB for people to g…

If this problem persists, please contact Rohan over email with as much information as you can. You can email the song files of the tracks you are having problems with and please describe the problem in detail.

Strange. FAT32 will be fine for formatting. This looks like the right course of action, back-up the card, format and start again, or get a new card.

Yip. You've got them in the right place. Finding them depends on what your intended usage is. Check the manual: https://docs.google.com/document/d/1FAeJ5f1sl3kKJgvbKmGRe3PIMjkaYrh3eAXF05PAV6k "The file browser and loading samples"

Thanks Eddy, that is operating exactly as intended. If the note fills the screen it will not retrigger. If you want the note to retrigger simply have the note one pad short of a full screen, you can always zoom into 64th notes and just chop off one …

Sorry, i'm not entirely comfortable sharing their details. However, I'll email them and point them to this forum and ask to contribute if they keen. sweet.

"This is just a $900 school project" Rohan and I found out after we started working together that we actually went to the same high school as each other...so if you want to to call this a "school project"...sure. Onslow College 4eva
