How To Report a Bug
The best place to report a bug for community/opensource firmware is here: https://github.com/SynthstromAudible/DelugeFirmware/issues
If you are unfamiliar with the GitHub layout, check this section of the 'Getting Started' guide and scroll to the screenshot/info pertaining to the 'Issues' tab: https://github.com/SynthstromAudible/DelugeFirmware/wiki#navigating-github
Otherwise, you can report community/opensource bugs in this category.
Please use the following format when creating a discussion here to best report your bug.
1) Discussion Title.
If there is an Error Code on screen, eg. (E124), include that before a brief description of the bug as your title.
2) A description of the problem.
3) A description of the expected behavior.
4) Deluge Screen Type (OLED or 7SEG)
5) Provide the firmware version you were using.
Look up firmware version in the Firmware Version menu of Deluge Settings or by copying name of firmware .bin file
6) Provide the steps to reproduce the issue (if possible) and upload additional media.
Comments
Github has an own issue management tool. Therefore I am wondering if the above bug reporting procedure is valid for
?

hey @staubi , this post is in the 'open source bug reports' category so pertains to community/open source bug reporting. the best place to report bugs is in fact the github, however we created a space here on the official forums in case certain users prefer to do it here for whatever reason. i've updated the first post to provide some of that information, thanks!
Thank you for the update
