Sometimes the file list does not refresh automatically. I presume that the files are still persist despite the delete command appearing to work, and that the delete function has never worked for you. I tried FireFox on Windows 10 and it worked…

Eddy: Does Downrush ask for you to approve the deletion? It should be doing that at least.

It is pretty easy to set up if you know how to use a text editor program and can figure out how to "unhide" the SD_WLAN directory. You add several additional lines to the CONFIG file. The tricky part is figuring out which IP address the card comes u…

I have shipped my first FlashAir card with Downrush pre-installed. If you want one for yourself, check out my web page for ordering instructions: http://www.fentonia.com/DR/

You can get pre-installed Downrush at http://www.fentonia.com/DR/

Thanks Eddy! I discovered the same thing yesterday, as I tested out the installation process on a Windows 10 machine. In my case, I could not do anything at all except enter a track using a square wave, that I could not save. I fixed the documentati…

I will also try installing DR using a WIndows 10 machine to make sure there are no gotchas.
-
Also, even taking a picture with a digital camera of the screen and sending that can help.
-
The other basic question: Is the lock slider facing forward (toward the end with the contacts)?
-
Did you copy your SYNTH, and KIT directories over? They should be at the root level (same as the DR directory), along with SONG and SAMPLES.
-
Right now the plan is to make Downrush cards for shipment shortly after the next major release of the Deluge firmware comes out.

I can confirm that Waverly downloads are slower on iOS than on most other platforms. Upload speed is about the same as other platforms. I am not sure why yet.
-
I have not tried a W-03 card out yet. I should, since they are easier to get in some places. I will look into possible reasons for slowness. Waverly had a bug for a few days where it did not correctly remove a task that generated updates when the…

Are you connecting directly to the WiFi card or are you using the station mode? Bad Wifi signal quality is the biggest cause of slow. As for Waverly, I am hacking away on it rather actively. That means it is possible to have grabbed a version tha…

As for normalize, you are the second person to observe that I am not handling DC offset correctly. I will improve this.

I am getting the same result. I think the Deluge is caching relatively-short sample data in RAM and does not notice that the file on disk has changed. Even ejecting the SD card doesn't seem to force a refresh, neither does going to a different song …

I just tested the "FlashAir Drive" feature, and it works alongside of Downrush. On my Mac, it creates a virtual disk drive which I can browse around in, and when I find a group of files to transfer, I can drag them as a group to another place. Th…

You can download individual files to your computer , but we don't have a good way to download groups of files yet. Moreover, the downloading always has to be to the 'downloads' folder where it is easy to get lost. Hoping for a better way soon.

I am hoping to ship cards by the end of this month. – Jamie

Some values, like the one for sidechain compression, I handle with a lookup table because I haven't figured out the math formula involved. There are probably a few errors in what I did that I haven't found yet.

You can run the xml viewer without needing to buy a wireless card. It will run OK as a file://. I have a google drive folder with that part at: https://drive.google.com/drive/folders/1SG1q2yNHvdhnrghCDCM8-TdWAQdhFntq. As for hex values, there are a …

xmlView uses Handlebars templates. There is a huge one named sound_template that generates a 16 x 8 table showing the sound parameters in a matrix that follows the form of the Deluge shortcuts that are stenciled on most Deluges. There is a 'helper m…

Have a look at the Downrush sub-program called xmlView. I did some reverse-engineering of the representation of most of the synth parameters. Many of these map from 0x80000000 to 0x7fffffff to 0-50. https://github.com/jamiefaye/downrush
