No problem! Organization is key. Make a VOCALS folder within the SAMPLES folder. That should make it easier to find when adding it to a kit.

Just thinking if MIDI thru is on, it may be doubling signals or something if both are set to the same MIDI channel. Maybe try changing channels on one or the other and/or turning off MIDI thru if it’s on.

That’s odd. The metronome is usually fairly loud through headphones. But if you need louder you can just set up a kit clip with any sound/level you like to replace the metronome.

Then maybe the sound of the metronome is being fed back into the Deluge audio.

You have to mute in arranger view to mute the incoming MIDI

If you can’t easily switch MIDI channels on your MIDI keyboard, I’d recommend using the mutes in arranger view. They mute incoming MIDI signals, so if you mute the synth or MIDI tracks you aren’t using atm it should work for what you’re doing.

Are you recording from the microphone or line in? Since you said you hear the metronome faintly, I have to wonder if it’s getting picked up by the mic.

Make sure you’re pushing the clip’s mute/launch button to stop recording.

That’s correct. Those are all center positive. You want center negative. DON’T USE THOSE.
