I think maybe you’re using a MIDI clip instead of a kit clip? That can work but then each row is a different note. Turn off scale mode to get all notes. But if you’re in a kit clip just try following the steps I mentioned above.
-
If you’re trying to send MIDI from a kit, hold an audition pad and press the MIDI button. Then hold the audition pad and turn the gold knobs to select the MIDI channel and note.

No problem. It’s largely dependent on your timing when starting and stopping the loop. Easier with shorter loops. The longer you go, the greater possibility for a margin of error. Occasionally it may guess twice or half the desired tempo. But th…

Cool. Glad it’s working! 👍🏼

If the green or red markers aren’t where you want, you simply move them. Press the marker and it’ll flash, signifying its selected Then press where you’d like to move it to. This will get saved in the song. If you want to be able to use it in an…

Did you make sure to pan the monitoring synth hard right? And did you initialize the synth with shift +synth to make sure there’s no filtering or anything?

My pleasure! That global tempo based on the first loop I describe happens automatically. You only need to press loop command. There’s also a tap tempo function. Also mappable. While the different loop layers can be muted and unmuted individually…

I haven’t owned a Boss RC50. But I do know the Deluge can do the things you’re describing. There’s a mappable LOOP command that begins recording, closes the loop with immediate playback, and can then start recording a new loop, all from repeated …

Even when there are loop start and endpoints, the normal start and endpoints still apply. So it will play from the green start, reach the magenta loop point, and then loop back to the blue, only reaching the red if there’s a long release. In your…

So the Deluge does not currently respond to sustain pedal. For 2), I don’t know a reason you’d lose MIDI learning. What do you mean, you cannot change the patch without losing the MIDI learn? Can you describe further?
-
In some cases, record or play button will clear out what was recorded instead of closing the loop. It seems strange the launch button would have no effect. That’s the intended way to close an audio loop. Are you in arranger mode by chance? (Flash…

Did you make sure the folder of samples you added is nested under the SAMPLES folder?

Hmm. I don’t have an iPad but I saw this that said they can read/write FAT32. Could be wrong tho. https://www.cultofmac.com/631124/external-hard-drives-ipados/

One thing is to be sure you don’t have anything plugged into the line in or mic in, as those will override the built in mic. And you’re supposed to use the clip’s launch button in song view to stop recording. Or you can sometimes use record the r…

Make sure delays are set to normal, not ping pong. Also reverb all use the same master reverb, which you may also pan to one side or the other.

Can you describe more details about what you’re trying to do and steps you’ve taken? Are sending audio from the D into Deluge? Are you sequencing/playing from a MIDI clip?
-
One more tip is to press and hold a clip row in song view then press song button. This will move the clip to arranger view and place it on the appropriate row.
-
Have you tried the record to arranger function? You press record + song button in song view. . Then you can launch clips/sections and those clips will end up in the arranger, in the same order they were launched. You can then edit the arrangement …

* No. The CLIPS folder is necessary and cannot be changed. This is where all audio files recorded into audio clips appear. * All sample browsing is done from within the SAMPLES folder. Keeping those folders there make them accessible from within …

The Screen: I believe the limited screen is intentional. The idea is to get away from screens and to use your ears more. And parameters are quickly accessible by hitting a shortcut on the pads and the display shows its value. The pads themselves fun…

@volsteh said: So not possible to get it by removing a side panel? The screw is screwed into wood should go easy, removed mine with ease when was painting them. Great thinking!

Sorry to hear that. I would maybe contact Synthstrom about the screws. They should be removable as that is how you’re supposed to change the battery if needed.
-
Are you sure you are separating channels 11& 12 while learning and playing? I don’t have an Electribe but I often send the Deluge different channels to control different synths, with the same controller over usb without issue. So that should be …

That oughta give more torque. Good luck!

I do not know the exact head size. Sorry
