Wow, she JUST added this: "... tags to the kit and sound viewer so there are little playback controls for each sample file. I will do the same for the File Manager as part of a redesign of that."
-
However, there's some good news: Jamie Fenton's Downrush tool for using the Toshiba FlashAir cards with built-in wifi to manage/browse/upload to and download from the SD card wirelessly from a computer, smartphone, tablet etc. With this, you can …
-
Yeah that's a tough one.
-
It will probably be possible in the near future to be able to play right on the Deluge's 128-pad keyboard directly, but they aren't velocity sensitive, so it still wouldn't be the same result. There are some pretty portable midi controllers tho
-
There's already a way to do multi-sampling, though not optimized yet, and that is to create a KIT with the samples of the different notes in it and play it with an external keyboard by mapping each note sample to a corresponding key on the keyboard.…
-
Do you have a cable plugged into to the 1/4" audio input jack ? Can't use the mic if so. If there's no actual sound detected in a sample recording but a little bit of noise, it seems to get normalized so that the noise becomes very amplified. Did…
-
Every note of the piano is one individual sample in the kit, e.g. multisampling. If it was to be a synth track, only ONE note sample could be used, which would make it sound very unrealistic when pitchshifting up and down away from the original note…
-
Ok, I sent it Hope it works haha!
-
Here's the Wurlitzer as well https://drive.google.com/drive/folders/1PBZgiK0MWOC9O4075s7np0TExmCfdTB1
-
Huh, what is it with this forum and making download links disappear? Thanks for the heads up, link is added again
-
Yes my friend
-
Dafuq? What's so special about you? Haha I could try sending them to you as a zip file
-
Oh right, thats a known issue actually, my bad. Theres a request here on the forum to change that!
-
Must be something like that if the xml's dont stay intact. Maybe try a different web browser?
-
Ohh I see. Something's messing up the xml's. I put them all in a folder now, try and download the whole folder and see if that helps. Haven't heard anyone else have this problem
-
If you want to be BANG on, yes I'll just add that then
-
My bad, I made it slightly confusing. Put the samples here on your card: Real piano = SAMPLES/PIANO/Piano long - (in other words put the folder with the acoustic piano samples called Piano long in a folder you name PIANO in your SAMPLES folder)…
-
Here's a full-on piano and electric piano I sampled and made for the Deluge - just load to multisample instruments as per the manual https://drive.google.com/drive/folders/1xCpuCUjoTF3YIIuE6zq9f7GyBKDRCv4U https://drive.google.com/drive/folde…
-
You can alter notes manually on the audition pads by holding one, then holding and turning the select knob - you can change them up or down a semi-tone
-
Oh! I see, cool. So it is something about how the Deluge reads the input then, probably? Hopefully it can be fixed
-
Ian has apologized for this batch of manuals not having page numbers on the FB group The online manual has a search function tho!
-
It's sending 0-127 to my looper etc. tho. Maybe what you're routing it through is messing up the signal. I'm just using a CC button on one of my midi controllers as sustain on/off however If you REALLY wanted to use a pedal and nothing else w…
-
If you're on FB you should report in the beta tester group. If not, I'll send this over there
-
I asked about that, but it wouldnt really make sense in the architecture of the Deluge as is. What you can do for now is simply map an external knob to all the transpose parameters of all melodic instruments - one knob can control multiple paramet…
-
It should, it's a great idea!
-
Bump it up bump it up bump it up. Now what you're reading's not a test, I'm bumping to the max - cuz me, alien_brain and the rest of the Delugers are gonna try to move Rohan's ass
-
Yup!
-
Don't worry homie, Rohan looks at ALL feature requests here
-
For now, you can use external controllers to turn on/off single or multiple parameters. Not currently possible to map to Affect all (global) but one external button/ knob can be assigned to control f.ex. all tracks delay or reverb
-
Nice!
