Well, I'd first sample to a kit if not looping (live looping if you catch my drift) which it seems you aren't. Edit it the good old way you're used to, and THEN import it into an audio clip using the Browse shortcut, to be treated as a loop that alr…

Scroll with <>, just like samples

Doesn't make sense if it works with triggering sounds, then you're device is indeed sending notes. How are you doing the learning, just holding the learn button while in the CMD menu with the commands on screen and sending the midi note?

Because many people DIDN'T like that a new patch was automatically created and not having the choice to do so, me included. This is the way it is now And I have to disagree that its longwinded, its a simple process of duplicating the patches, just…

A synth's master volume IS the audio level of that clip. A kit clip needs to have all its volumes learned to one CC to control the volume of the whole kit.

You might get trouble trying to clone a clone, I just spoke to Rohan about that, that'll probably be resolved in the future. Just clone the original preset

@manateemilitia said: ha, dang that's awesome! Thanks for the tip. Woop!

Its not a workaround, its the new method to achieve the same thing If you want to clone a preset, make new synth clip first, then via the loading interface bring up the preset that you already have in another clip that you want to clone, then ho…

Removed. Instead, if you want to clone a patch (and achieve what you want), while in the preset loading interface (Load+Synth/Kit) select and hold the load button on the preset you want to clone, screen will say CLONe Select that

Possible bug - there's a bugfix update coming out in the next days

Tip: you can get longer attack by inversing the envelope patching: Patch for example volume to Env2 -50 - yes, minus. Then use Env2 DECAY as attack, which is much longer than the regular attack, and the Env2 attack as the decay, if you catch my dri…

"One last item: why do shift-NEW etc. work in clip view? You'd think that in clip view, shift-NEW would imply making a new synth, but of course it is not. It'd reduce [my] error to have them only work in the view for which they're appropriate: song …
