No need for the sour grapes haha, plenty of other threads on these forums to have a moan. No need to bring this one down Cya soon, and yeah, def will be a chance to play with 3.0 (well, what has been done so far) at SB.

It is likely at some point yes, there might be another update where people could replace the case again, however, it wont be for a while and would be after several more firmware updates. However, I don't think updating again would be as essential as…

We are overhauling the manual for 3.0, we'll highlight where this is mentioned, and perhaps include in the "shortcuts" as well - yes, this little tidbit, plus that you don't need to hold down shift, but can just hold down an audition pad and press …

End of the manual where it lists the kits, you should be able to work out given their names.

Just pressing any pad on the grid will take you in one step out of the sound editor, pressing back just takes you one step in the menu back at a time.

@OnoSendai said: Besides the new great features, I really loved to read about .. is there a changelog available where one can see maybe some of all the basic tiny and small suggestions (e.g. MIDI, CC, effects ...) that were made in the forum? …

* Yes. * You'll need to get a USB Male A to Female B adaptor (should cost a buck or so from any electronics store) 3/4. We're not discussing full functionality yet. The video/post was a 'tease'. Stay tuned for more information about what it does i…

It's a really big question...if its samples you could do things like add an arp or really fast LFO to samples perhaps modulating transpose/pan, etc, you could send extreme delays to fast LFOs. You could zoom in to really fine resolutions and add ste…

It is more likely it was a battery issue than it was your charging method. Sometimes the occasional battery is just a bit of a dud. Maybe just see if this happens again, I suspect you were just unlucky. The battery will only draw what it needs, rega…

I don't use the arranger if I'm honest. I'd find it weird not triggering enough things live (personal preference). If I was using other gear I'd use arranger for sure and then tweak params on the other devices, but with just one device, and live, th…

Below is a post I made on one of the Facebook groups about how I plan for live sets when I am playing the Deluge by itself (ie: like in this video -highlights- of a 1-hour Deluge only set) . I am doing a 45-min Deluge only set tomorrow night and doi…

No. Still a while away. People will receive them before the software is released. That is all I can say for the moment.
-
Sorry missed this. We can sell our deluge encoders as 'parts' direct. We only just set this up last week.
-
@johntopley we will have information about this soon. You won't miss out.
-
Sorry @gestobbel, this is odd. There is the off-chance you might have a dud battery. Perhaps to buy a new one, if this is the case, we will refund you the cost of the new battery, it should only cost a few euro. A lithium 18650 - 3000mAh or larger. …

Not on the actual panel I'm afraid. We can't do print variations of that. We'll have a couple of variations of the overlay people can choose from.

As I’ve said before limiting the beta to anyone who is prepared to do facebook, rather than having a smaller, but focussed set of experienced users and a proper beta program, runs the risk of a product that ends up being fragmented in use and has to…

Have updated link now. Sorry, a recent server move screwed with a bunch of links. Let me know if you find anymore.

Thanks Justin. It's pretty rare, though does happen, and I think has happened in your case, is that the battery was dislodged during shipping. It's very easy to solve, just simply whip the back open as if you were to change the battery - instruction…

That is a little odd. Were you using the supplied USB cable or a power supply?

@pikey said: I see your point there and it does make a lot of sense, good of you to set a precedent going forward. The deluge is awesome right now and I'm excited for whatever you and Rohan choose to work on next.
-
Cheers Pikey. Though i could understand how from the outside that might make sense. Unfortunately we can't even do that. A "priority" for us might take 2 years or one week.... a non priority, the next update. Also, unlikely/likely isn't a possibilit…

@GameDude said: Are these hand-built? Yes. It's why we struggle to keep up with demand. Our team puts these together ourselves. We don't mass manufacture.
-
Confident they'll still be available...I mean...if we get a crazy run on stock post Superbooth (May 9th), there is a chance we might run out...haha, hard to predict at this stage. We are hoping that we can keep on top of production from this point …

Yes, I can "enter" into the LFO Menu, but I cannot assign the lfo to parameters. Even with the sound editor, i only have the rate, sync and type options, but nothing else. Is there any video there Ian to understand how it works?> @Ian_Jorgensen s…
-
I did that, though i erased and changed many presets. When I shit+freq, only the frequency pad starts flashing and allows me to open or close the filter with numbers, nothing else. Then just press shift and LFO 1 or 2.

You can email ian@synthstrom.com anytime if you have any issues.

Are you on the most recent firmware? 2.1.3?

@pfrf said: Ian, Will replacing the top panel ourselves require any soldering or anything technical? absolutely not. it is merely unscrewing and screwing things. it's just delicate and will take around 60-90mins of unscrewing/screwing …
