Enjoyed this a lot. I like the digital crunch towards the end. I've been looking forward to using that free Arturia plugin too. I had thought it would be too obvious to use on the master but it sounds really nice here.

Thanks @Too_Mere and @markk I'll let you know. I do think the manual should contain a warning about inserting the SD card carefully if this is a common experience. And hopefully it's on the list of things to be addressed in any future hardwar…

Thanks anyway. I'm going to have a try with this.

I guess I could try a bit of WD40, or another screwdriver with a blunter tip that will give me more purchase. Do you know the exact size of the screw heads, by any chance? Thanks again for your help @Too_Mere

Thanks. The screws on my unit seem to be over-tightened so I can't get them out. I guess I'll just have to buy a new SD card and start from scratch, hoping the old one doesn't do any damage rattling round inside :-/

Thanks @Too_Mere I was probably a little careless and probably did stick it in at an angle. It was that kind of night!

I'm typically late to the party with this, but I am just starting a week off from work and have dropped Deanne an email. I'd love to try and push that wavetable engine to breaking point... and I'm one track away from a new four-track EP!

Really nice work. The mix is is layered so well and I love the little 'reversed' sounds at around 50 seconds in. But you should really bend at the knees when lifting all that gear!
-
Well I didn't win a prize, but I did manage to get some Deluge into the compilation video.

@supchikov said: Thanks for perfect idea, already tested it, cool story!!! Little notice, you can use this method even if you want to use it with synths connected with midi: Deluge midi output -> midi in of synth -> midi thru of synth…

@RandomAztec said: So Good ..stereo tape noise 😂😂 Thanks mate! I brought smiles to a few faces with it, which is always the biggest prize. And really nice work @jonlemon and @percussijan - good luck!

@MatthewGeorge said: Hello everyone. As some people maybe aware Loopop made a sample pack from instruments from Superbooth 2021 to which there is a competition with prizes. It would be cool to see a Deluge in the finals! Check th…

@PixelKicker said: This is really cool, I love the sounds you created. I can imagine it being used as a song on a computer game, nice one! Thanks mate! It's funny you should say that because I've made half a dozen tracks in a very comp…

This are very inspiring. I have hardly played with the looper at all so far. These tracks have made me want to try approaching music in a more spontaneous way. Thanks for sharing. Great work!

Really like that descending melody line, particularly where it overlaps with itself. As always, a lovely tender track. Looking forward to the next one, hopefully sooner than another two months. Glad you're feeling better mate.

I like to use sine LFOs or the random modulator on the panning, combined with delay, with stereo set to 'off'. Setting the delay stereo to 'off' stops it ping-ponging but still outputs stereo audio. So the echoes will be panned to the same points…

I've been meaning to comment on this for a few days now. I'll be out and about and suddenly it will pop into my head, so it must have had an impact on me. It's so evocative and atmospheric. It also has real gravitas. I felt like I should have been m…

@Too_Mere said: That’s odd. Are you on the latest, 3.1.5 firmware? I'll do that now and see if it fixes it... I can't replicate the problem, so it was either fixed in the code or the act of reflashing the firmware reset whatever got co…

@Too_Mere said: I haven’t noticed an issue with this before, so I checked the files in my resample folder. I found that most were stereo files and a few were mono. But the mono samples all had something in common. They are all mono sounds. Like a…

Thanks from me too! The fretless bass with chorus is pure Music for Chameleons.

Thanks a bunch for these. Being new to multisamples I especially appreciated the text file.

Yes, it's definitely a bug. It only resamples the left channel. It's happening about to about 75% of resamples, with no immediately apparent correlation to anything I'm doing.
