Chord/Harmoniser Mode
I am trying to implement chord memory. Currently, it only has very basic functionality.

Change a song's key (?)
To transpose from Fmin to Gmaj, in the scale mode, SHIFT+ press UP/DOWN knob and turn clockwise +2, then press SHIFT+ SCALE to select major scale. This is not a fun operation. I don't think deluge is so much fun to operate..

Not powering via DC adapter
I'm the same. Today, my OLED Deluge DC jack/LED suddenly stopped working. Currently it works only with USB power.
Curiously, even when the DC jack was working, the USB host mode was not active. (Device mode was working when the DC jack was unplugged.)

My question is, is there a capability for the Deluge to live loops tracks of different lengths, without setting the clip length first. .. So for instance, if I started to record a live-loop, and I hit the launch button to close to loop right before beat 3, it would create a 3 beat loop (12 step).Yes you can do this! It will quantize to whatever the zoom resolution is.
Unfortunately, it's not possible to record a 3-beat loop without pre-setting the length.
