Kit Maker now has this feature as of version 2.4.0. If you import an MPC drum sample pack and it finds .xpm files inside, it will recreate the drum kits. It will create Deluge kits labeled after each mpc kit, and organize them in folders by drum pack.

Looks like this script in this original thread is no longer in progress. I figured I'd mention the Kit Maker update in case people were still interested in having this ability to convert their mpc kits

This is a great idea but I wonder how about preset copyright.

Kit Maker takes the samples from the NI Maschine Expansion, and turns them into kit presets for the Deluge. They are labeled and organized for you, which would be a ton of work to do on your own.

No issues with copyright. Native Instruments themselves have promoted Kit Maker on their blog
