And get the Inspektor Gadjet version of the samples in the middle of this thread, they're already tuned to C.

Personally I keep them in subfolders. Sometimes I listen thru, sometimes I pick random ones, sometimes I'm searching for something :)

I miss the `Tuned in C' package and have actually no idea how to get an overview about these hundreds of samples :(

Sorry to resurrect at old thread, but I've just grabbed the Adventure Kid waveforms and was looking into how to use them.

I'm not sure if it's allowed (I'll delete my post if it's not cool), but you can still get stuff from that link by going to https://web.archive.org/web/20170827193039/http://www.inspektorgadjet.com/item/waveforms-library/

  • line in from dj controller and play drum patterns?

I was thinking that i could just set the tempo on the deluge to match whatever the tempo is in the tracks I'm mixing with. It wouldn't be automatic but I'm okay-ish at beat matching.

The main thing in trying to understand is whether the deluge is able to mix an external signal with what's playing on the deluge.

One controller I was considering is the Hercules Inpulse 500 which already has aux in with a filter - so that's easy enough.

But, it seems like a pioneer ddj 400 might be better from an effects and software point of view - no aux in there, hence this question to see whether the deluge could work in this way.
