Automatic extension of track length until recording is stopped

I've love to see a live record mode where the track length extends automatically while playing notes until you hit record again to stop recording. At the moment you have to set track length in advance, so I think this suggestion would enhance workflow in the Deluge. It could either be a mode switch (ie. changing between the standard recording mode and this new mode) or use a specific new button combination to activate.
