Is it possible to select and copy only specific notes within a current view? I.e. If I have a note where I've dialled in the parameters I want with the gold radials and want to copy those parameters exactly to, say, the fourth 16th note in a beat. If not, is there a place on the forum for feature requests?

That is not currently possible. Synthstrom is not accepting feature requests at this time.
