Independent Pitch Bend ranges +/-24

Along with my other Mod Wheel assign request for external midi controllers,
Please also institute a Pitch Bend Range menu option.
Even better if there are independent settings for up AND down.
And increase the semitone range to +/-24 from 12 (octave) as being default.
e.g. -17 down, +5 up max
This will especially be helpful with MPE devices such as the LinnStrument.
