Program change only goes up to 128?

in Deluge Help

I just recently acquired a micromonsta which has more than 128 presets. I was trying to use the Deluge for automatic program change but apparently it only goes up to 128? Or have I missed something?

    You need to use bank change/ sub messages as well :) In the midi track menu, right after PGM.

    Check the midi implementation for your other device.
