New bug in WAV editor (error 405)

Hello, I am working on getting downrush set up with my deluge, and I have it mostly together, but am having trouble with the wav editor. Every time I try to save, it gives a 405 error, has anyone else experienced this and have any recommendations? I have tried this both from my laptop and phone. The card is the w-04 32gb version.

After trying to get the wifi passthrough to work, I am now getting 504 instead.
In the config file, did you put WEBDAV=2 ?

If that was in the block of text to copy to the config file, then yes, I don't have my computer in front of me so I will have to check later.
I just got home, and that is set correctly.
