Midi Learning a Controller to Song Mode Launch and Section Buttons

Can you only map Note on/off messages? Ive got a new controller (alesis vi25) and im not sure if i have a setting wrong on it, or its that the Deluge doesn't receive CC for song mode midi learning? Not clear in the manual. thanks

    Only notes can be used for launching, trigging and muting. CC's are for knob/ fader parameters :)

    Deluge currently doesn't do CC buttons (on/off).

    yeah kinda figured that may be the case. i was able to get a momentary cc switch to learn though. set it on 127 off 64 and could trigger it on the reverb and get reverb blasts ha. so momentary switches at least work on synths.
