connecting the deluge to my pc

I've been connecting my deluge to my pc for a long time, but haven't tried in a while, and today the pc is not recognizing the deluge at all. i'm running the 1.3 community firmware, and windows 11 pro. the usb connection isn't being made, and i'm not sure why. Anyone have any ideas?

if i plug the deluge directly into the pc it works, but not if i use a usb hub. i have only 2 usb ports and three or more peripherals. anyone got any ideas?

if it works plugging in directly then it's an issue with the usb hub. perhaps you need a powered usb hub (one that plugs into an outlet to power it) for the deluge to properly work with it
