line Input jack stuck in medium position

Hello
I expect this to be a classical problem
I cannot remove my jack from the line input.
It cannot move in or out.
IN not at all. OUT, i feel some springiness.
Pushing more or pulling more, will break something.
Will opening the synthstrom help investigate and unstick ? (still under warranty)
I have not used that input that much, wear of the synth cannot explain that issue.
