Ridiculous customs costs asked by DHL for NZ to European Union.

For a 52€ goods value from Synthstrom declared, DHL (very insistant) asks me 40.4€ of DHL management cost for going trough the customs. When there are free trade agreements between NZ and the EU since 2025....

12€ for a small package (where does that come from ? DHL ?)
8.4€ CS Charges ?
20€ Additional customs clearance fees (AV) (VAT incl.)

Do you think that this is justified ?
