Would be great on the performative side of things to allow for Delugers to have the click go to the headphone out jack, while being silent from the line out track. I do a lot of live looping and this would be incredible.

Hiya, nobody's answered this so I'll pipe in - it's physically impossible as the headphone amp is hardwired to the main amp out, like in a hi-fi. You'd have to go mono and dedicate one channel to click and other to music.
Perhaps send a gate/trigger out on a CV track and make sure its voltage (volume level essentially) corresponds with line-out audio levels or risk blowing something. Try it with an old speaker wired to mono TS minijack plug maybe. I've accidentally hurt my ears with stupid max volume sent to headphones once and my ears hurt for over a week (no long-term damage fortunately) so be careful!
You could also try wiring a gate out to something that attenuates or changes the signal to an audio click, like a headphone amp (?) or a Eurorack module or even a Pocket Operator, which you could then listen to with headphones.
Hope you win, I'd love a Deluge upgrade with more than 2x channels out but hey it is what it is.
