There's no explanation on how to install a (new/old) firmware.

I am forgetfull and had to look for how to install firmware into my Deluge and was surprized it isn't explained on the Community Firmware page. It's not even explained in de open source section in the forum. If I am wrong then it's not where it should be. It should be easy to find it.

short answer: load .bin of firmware you want onto SD card root folder, insert back into deluge, hold shift before powering on, power on, update commences.
