MIDI program change is possible now:

"MIDI tracks have additional options for the outputting of PGM (program) change and bank select messages, for changing the active preset on an externally connected synthesizer. If you set any of these numbers for a MIDI track, then anytime that track is launched, or its song is loaded, or playback is begun, the appropriate message(s) will be sent on the track’s MIDI channel.

The menu options, and their associated MIDI messages, are:
BANK - sent as a MIDI bank select message (CC 0)
SUB - sent as a MIDI sub-bank (sometimes known as bank LSB) message (CC 32)
PGM - sent as a MIDI PGM change message."

Right thats great for one track changing a pgm nessage on launch...im suggestion to enable multiple program changes per -step- on the grid per each track/midi channel...like you can do for say pitch when pitch is assigned to a parameter knob...its a feature on some daws and some elektron machines and it can open up vast sound changes for those using external synths with minimal cpu useage or multiple track count on the deluge

Also negative values for the gold knobs. But yeah keen for modulation of everything and gold knob assignment too. But yeah, good suggestion. +1
