Save issues

Hello all,

I'm a new Deluge user and have two issues. I have the latest firmware 4.1.4. I have tried using two different SD cards both formatted to FAT32 and am having the same issue.

Page 24 of the manual discusses how to save a synth preset in clip view. It says to press save + synth, which I do. Then it says, "The display will indicate the next available iteration of patch number i.e patch 171, if patch 171 exists, Deluge will show 171A, then 171b etc. This avoids accidentally overwriting existing patches. Turning (SELECT) allows the option to select existing patch to overwrite." It doesn't actually do that. It doesn't go to the next iteration; it just stays on the existing patch. There is no 001a, 001b, etc. Instead, when I hit save, the only option I get is to overwrite.

If I try to create a new folder, I keep getting the "SD Card Error" message. I've tried two different SD cards. I've tried cleaning and popping SD cards in and out, and I still get that message. I can save a song, for example, just fine. But I can't save any synth presets.
