Envelope delay implementation. A delay between pressing a pad and start of the envelope.

A delay before the start of an envelope makes it possible when playing the chord matrix that the different notes of the pressed chord start at different moments. This would add realism with orchestral multisamples.
In addition, a strum function can also implemented with a variation of speed. When pressing a pad in the chord matrix the notes are triggered as if they are strummed.
