Deluge and Melbourne Instruments Roto Control

I use my Deluge as the midi brain for a 20+ synth/effect setup. I know the Deluge will learn from any midi source and listens for an incoming message. I recently acquired the Roto Control and have had trouble getting the Deluge to register the Roto Control's messages. Anyone have success with this combo?
