Shift button not working

Hi everyone,
I own a Deluge OLED and unfortunately, the SHIFT button is no longer functional (and the Play button is barely working, I have to press on it several time to make it work).

I brought the unit to a professional electronics repair service, and they diagnosed that the carbon contact under the SHIFT button is broken and cannot be repaired.

I'd like to know:
a/ Is it possible to get the reference or part number for the SHIFT and PLAY switch components so I can replace it?
b/ Or can you provide a replacement switch, or advise on official repair options?

The rest of the unit is working perfectly.

replace the pads. can buy a full set and replace all of them at once, just mark the bad pads so when others go bad you can use the old good working ones to replace.
