OLED Retrofit Problem

Hi, I have payed a Deposit for the OLED Retrofit on September 16, 2022 but I never received an email to do the retrofit.
I also tried to contact Ian several times by email to solve this but I never got an answer. Maybe someone has had a similar problem or can help me with this or tell me how I can contact Ian and get an answer.

Hey Paul, that sounds really frustrating. I’d recommend double-checking your spam or junk email folder just in case the retrofit email got lost there. As for Ian, it might be worth trying to contact him via any social media or forums related to the product if email isn't getting through. If that doesn't work, maybe reach out to the company’s customer service directly for some support. Hopefully, you'll get a response soon!
