Song file that corrupts midi-thru setting and midi-clock speed.

Hi,

Firmware in my Deluge is 4.1.3. (official).

A simple song I made with only one Midi clip (track) just to remember an idea.

The recording of the clip was live (push record then push play) with automatic increase of the length of the clip until end of recording (push play again).

Deluge din5 midi out to Korg Wavestate module din5 midi in via Kenton Thru-12. Wavestate midi clock is set to external. Korg Prologue-8 and Wavestate din5 midi out to Deluge din5 midi in via Kenton Merge-8 and Merge-4 combo. All other synths in my studio are off.

Everything was fine when playing back the song. I saved the song.

A day later I wanted to listen to the song to check my musical idea. This time with only the Deluge and Korg Wavestate module being used. The Korg Prologue-8 switched off.

Now the midi-clock coming out of the Deluge isn't at the tempo speed indicated by the Deluge and whatever midi-thru setting (on or off) the Deluge keeps echoing midi messages to its din5 midi-out received in its din5 midi-in. This also happens when bypassing the Kenton Thru-12 device. Wavestate's midi clock is still set to external.

Power cycling the Deluge makes it behave normal again but once I load the song again the midi-thru setting and midi-clock speed are again corrupted. Maybe other things are also corrupted but I didn't verify this.

What is wrong here?

Greets,
Ben

Update: Concerning the midi-thru I suspect this has to do with the learn function of the Deluge. I also noticed that when having Deluge midi-clock in and out set to on the Deluge isn't sending out midi-clock messages to the Wavestate. Not even echoing midi-clock messages it receives. Very confusing.

Update 2: midi-clock is only produced by the Deluge when its midi-clock in is off and its midi-clock out is on. The Deluge will echo midi-clock messages it receives to its din5 midi output when midi-thru is on. The Deluge only produces its own midi-clock messages when running. This is impractical when dealing with synths having arps and built in sequencers.
