OLED retrofit waiting time UK - its been 4 weeks

I got my invoice for a deposit on the 1st July, and not hear anything and it's the 31st July
is this normal?
edit - this may be in the wrong dept. Sorry I cant move it or delete it so I will repost in correct forum
