Battery never finishes charging

Hello, I've been noticing my deluge battery lasts for very short. I don't think I've actually run out of battery, but I get red light in under an hour, and I've left it charging (via USB from my computer) for over 24hs and it's still yellow. I don't know how can I troubleshoot this, or if I've got to just change the battery.

I bought it new about 2 years ago, and it's been turned off for quite a while to be honest.

    the usb slot from your computer may just not be sending enough power to charge it as fast. try plugging the usb into an outlet/power brick and you may notice a difference
