Hickups/ delayed start issue

I am new to the box and I experience this weird problem in the video:

I setup all my clips like drums and sequence in this video with 100 % probability and the loops in time stretch mode for complete bars. Skipping from one scene to the next the box kills the first kick of the first cycle. It starts the sequence loop one cycle later. What is this? Limitations? I setup all sounds to mono to avoid this and there are not so many playing. Any idea?
