Second hand Deluge

Hello everybody
I am close to buy a Deluge from April 21. This is a second hand and according to the guy who sell it has some problems with 5 pads: you have to push it with more force
So I have 2 questions : is it normal? And is it easy to buy and change them? I am in France
Last question: could I change the screen to an OLED if I am a second hand user? Is it worth to do it?
Thank you

replacement pads can be found here: https://synthstrom.com/product/replacement-pads/
it's the easiest solution to fixing the pads. you may have luck unscrewing everything and cleaning the pads, but it's not guaranteed to fix it.
Thank you Reza for your answer.
I have the same question and I will ask here before opening a new post although this one is under presets, which cannot be the right channel!
But my question is similar as I bought a Deluge from Reverb second hand market. I am located in EU/Austria so how can I register for OLED replacement? And is it still possible to get a OLED or is it already over? Where on the website is this screenshot taken, or where on the website I can register?
In the menu, when I click on Retrofit (EU pr Rest of the world) it just opens a website where the only possible action is to enter password?
But as second hand owner I do not have an account/password or option to register somewhere on the website.
@Binaural_Acidity You'll find the retrofit deposit item in the "Parts" section of the shop. Here's a direct link though: https://synthstrom.com/product/oled-retrofit-deposit/
Paying the deposit is how you register to get in line for the retrofit.
(The other link you found is for when it's your turn. Then you'll receive a password to let you order some additional stuff in conjunction with sending your unit in for the retrofit, such as replacement of pads and knobs.)
I have a video of the Deluge. It seems that some pads doesn’t work good. Do you think it is possible to repair it just with new pads?

Here is the Deluge second hand. At the end of the video we can see how the pad doesn't function well. Do you think just with new pad it will be better? Thank you for your answer
I've had some luck just cleaning the pads, but others needed replaced. Worth opening up and cleaning, just in case (although there are a lot of tiny screws, so it takes some time).
@synthrik: thank you very much for the link and explanation! I ordered it now!
Just one more thing, to understand this completely: as I am based in the EU, which clause does apply? The EU one or the Rest of the world (second hand owner) one? Because hoping that it is done by external partner located in EU and not needing to send it to NZD. Because then I need to check and get the import bill from the first owner which payed the import fees…
You don't have to send it to nzd, they have someone in the eu.
I also bought a second hand deluge and made it retrofit with the oled screen and i'm totaly satisfied. What an improvement to me!
I live in france to and the retrofit has been made by majella audio .
The shop is in netherlands.
It's finally a bit expensive with the shipping costs, but it worth it
