Need help please, trying to access page so I can get some help in the UK for a hardware issue

    the log in on the synthstrom website is for when it is your turn to ship your device for retrofit. once you've received an email that it is your turn to send your device for retrofit, a password will be provided that will let you access and create add-ons to your order.
