SD CARD FOLDER STRUCTURE/CONTENT FOR COMMUNITY BETA INSTALL

If this is covered (ideally with a graphic) elsewhere please provide a link. I'm trying to install the latest Community Beta wares and need help clarifying exactly what should be on my SD card and in what order/hierarchy as far as the folders and their content goes.

TLDR: .bin file should be placed on SD card root folder. no other .bin file should be there.
