Battery discharge when off

Hello
Since oled retrofit uk (wonky screen now)
Which i can live with. The battery discharges when switched off. I can use the deluge no problem after charging but if I leave it for a week or two the red light comes on straight away. Same goes if I fully charge it then don't turn it on.

    maybe the battery needs to be replaced? or needs to be readjusted to sit properly?
